Application Process

  1. Surface Preparation: Sand the wooden surface using sandpaper no. 180, followed by 320 or 400, to achieve a smooth base.

  2. Insulating: Apply 1–2 coats of WoodTech Epoxy Insulator to prevent oil and resin from the wood affecting the finish.

  3. Dent Filling: Use WoodTech Filler to fill any dents or imperfections on the surface.

  4. Staining (Optional): Apply WoodTech Wood Stains to achieve the desired colour, allowing 30–120 minutes for drying.

  5. Top Coats: Apply 2–3 coats of Aquadur PU Interior Gloss, sanding between coats with sandpaper no. 320 or 400 for a smooth finish.
